“Hello, my name is _______________. I’m a Nevada County Resident, and I strongly oppose the proposed Hidden Grove development project in Cedar Ridge. I’ve heard numerous concerns regarding safety, wildfire risk, toxic exposure, traffic, evacuation impacts, groundwater contamination, and the precedent that this spot-rezoning sets for the rest of the County and its rural centers. I urge you to listen to your planning staff, who recommended that the size and scope of the project be reduced, and to listen to the residents who have voiced the issues to you in the recent Board meetings. Please deny this project.”
