We’re at the most critical phase of the phone call campaign. Its impact has been immense.

We’re now directly addressing each of the other supervisors during the following date windows:

  • Heidi Hall (District 1) – July 8 – July 14

  • Robb Tucker (District 2) – July 15 – July 21

  • Sue Hoek (District 4) – July 22 – July 28

  • Hardy Bullock (District 5) – July 29 – August 4

Sample Script (feel free to personalize):

“Hello, my name is _______________. I’m a Nevada County resident, and I strongly oppose the proposed Hidden Grove development project in Cedar Ridge. I’ve heard numerous concerns regarding safety, wildfire risk, toxic exposure, traffic, evacuation impacts, groundwater contamination, and the precedent this spot-rezoning sets for the rest of the County and its rural centers. I urge you to listen to your planning staff, who recommended that the size and scope of the project be reduced, and to listen to the residents who have voiced these issues in recent Board meetings. Please deny this project.”

We hold petition signings every Saturday, from 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM, in Cedar Ridge, across from the convenience store, next to the hair salon. Next Signing: Saturday, July 11, 2026. Additional signings occur at Thursday Night Markets and elsewhere, as time and scheduling allows.

If you can’t come in person, there is an electronic version that you can sign here. (please don’t sign both). Note that the electronic version doesn’t reflect the current paper signature count, which is over 2,000 as of 7/8/2026.
