We're in the final stretch. Our attorneys have drafted an outstanding comment letter for the Board, and the applicant just filed a new legal maneuver trying to force the rezone through with less Board discretion. Responding to it, bringing in expert witness testimony, and finalizing our letter takes real resources; we're currently $5,000 short of our $15,000 goal.
